Suite aux inondations r\u00e9currentes des investissements importants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faits. Des travaux qui se chiffrent en milliards. A maintes reprises les populations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expuls\u00e9es de leurs maisons et leurs magasins d\u00e9molis parceque &#8221; le gouvernement allait entreprendre des travaux gigantesques pour assainir le quartier et mettre fin aux inondations d\u00e9vastatrices&#8221;. Effectivement ces travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. Voici les r\u00e9sultats.
