Alassane Dramane Ouattara a&#8221; tendu la main&#8221; \u00e0 Henri Konan B\u00e9di\u00e9  qui \u00e0 son tour a  d\u00e9cid\u00e9  &#8220;d&#8217;aider&#8221; Alassane Dramane Ouattara.
